How many of you have or had computers–80 percent–20 years ago, 40 percent of the world\’s population had them. Twenty years ago, 40% of the world\’s population had computers. Computers are not that cheap. A computer is not that cheap: 5,000 to 15,000 kronor if you expect to use it for at least two years. If you like computer games, you may want to buy a powerful computer, but that costs tens of thousands of kroner. Many people can no longer afford that.
In addition to desktop computers, there are laptops, which are a computer and keyboard in one. Each laptop has a different battery size. The more expensive ones last longer and the less expensive ones do not. Laptops are less powerful, but they are still portable and can be taken anywhere. Yes, there are waterproof laptops. But these are more expensive and you have to pay extra. Which one would you buy?
Laptop or desktop? Because, as I said earlier, they are portable and you don\’t have to bring a complete computer with you, including keyboard, mouse, and monitor. If you are reading this and have a laptop, please consider a desktop computer as it has its advantages. I said I have a laptop and I would not change that. But different people have different opinions. Some people prefer not to have either because looking at a screen is bad for your eyesight.
